Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Tour

After a spanking new Emirates stadium and the high quality Wembley Stadium renovation in London, Spurs were kind of feeling left behind. Don’t get us wrong, White Hart Lane was still as iconic a stadium in England as any, but it lacked the punch and modernity. It was a good ol’ stadium until it wasn’t. Enter, the 1 Billion Pound new multipurpose and world-class stadium.

After taking 3 years to build, Spurs’ spanking new stadium was opened on 3rd April 2019. So, what can tourists/public expect from a tour of Tottenham’s new stadium, you ask? Well a lot. Let’s dive into it.

What’s included?

You start off your tour at the entrance of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The stadium guide will pick you up from the entrance, or you can do a walking tour all by yourself. You will be able to go behind-the-scenes and see how the first-team preparations goes on and after match days.

You will be able to visit the first-team dressing room, you can take your photos with the replica kits of the players in the dressing room, and you will be able to see how the first-team players prepares before a match. The dressing room also includes the shower area and massage area. You can also sit and take pictures where the players sit in the dressing area.

Guests will also be able to see the media room or the Press Auditorium. The room where pre- and post-match conferences takes place. You can sit on the manager’s chair and take photos, and you will also be able to experience the atmosphere of the room where hard hitting questions are asked

Guests will also be able to access the area where the club have made an arrangement to showcase their history. From famous players to the trophies their historic sides have won, you will be able to see all those things in a designated area.

Guests will also get the Stadium information from the staff as to how the Stadium was built and all the multipurpose activities the Stadium can host.

Moving to the pitchside, the guests can access the sideline of the Spurs pitch. Guests will have access to the Spurs as well as the away dugout. You can take photos on the manager’s chair, or you can just sit on the chair and absorb the whole experience of sitting on the sidelines of a Premier League club.

The duration for the tour is around 1–2 hours and parking is available for the visitors in the stadium and there is also wheelchair access in the stadium.

So, this was the long and short of the Stadium tour of the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, if you are thinking of visiting the stadium in the near future then don’t think twice, it is worth every penny.
